Interlochen Arts Academy - Interlochen, MI

  • Facilitated online lessons & workshops offered twice a week for 4 weeks

  • Developed visual art lessons on figure drawing, color theory & perspective drawing in connection to theater application

  • Designed & hosted virtual final showcase for students to present their work to families & community members 

  • Met with students 1 on 1 for weekly individualized tutoring & critique

VBF Ambassador
Vascular Birthmarks Foundation - International

  • Volunteer advocate helping to raise awareness for vascular birthmarks and related syndromes; provide support to affected individuals and families, campaign for anti-bullying initiatives, equitable research, and policies, and engage the VBARS community through social media.

OSP Facilitator
Open Studio Project - Ithaca, NY

  • Attended Open Studio Project's 3-Day Facilitator Training Intensive via Zoom, which I received my certificate upon completion of 1 successful workshop facilitated by myself.

  • Collaborated with school administration to create and lead an Open Studio for middle schoolers, incorporating art-making and SEL-based activities (journaling, writing prompts, material exploration, meditation) to foster emotional expression, creative growth, and self-confidence through artmaking in a safe, supportive environment.

Ithaca City School District & Detroit Public Schools

  • Mentored new visual art teachers in ICSD and DPSCD, providing guidance on curriculum development, grading, student engagement, and district protocols, conducted observations with feedback, and collaborated on multi-grade interdisciplinary curricula.

  • Selected panelist for “Approaching Destinations” at University of Idaho’s College of Art & Architecture, advising new ART 110 students on academic choices, art career paths, and the diverse applications of art education.

Acting Mentor/Camp Counselor
Artists Striving To End Poverty (ASTEP)

  • Helped facilitate theatre camp for adults and children with disabilities through University of Idaho’s Artists Striving to End Poverty chapter, led storytelling and teamwork activities, built problem-solving and leadership skills, and produced short films premiered at the Moscow Film Festival.
